Lindsey Bareham is a household name having carved out a career as a restaurant critic and food writer for Time Out, London’s Evening Standard, The Sunday Telegraph and most recently contributing recipes to The Times T2 supplement.

Her books include In Praise of the Potato, Onions Without Tears, A Celebration of Soup, A Wolf in the Kitchen, The Big Red Book of Tomatoes, Just One Pot, The Fish Store and The Prawn Cocktail Years and Roast Chicken and Other Stories with Simon Hopkinson.
